Mr. Saad Almasoodi, founder of Almasoodi Law Firm, has over 29 years of legal experience in Qatar. He spent 21 years as a Senior Public Prosecutor handling major criminal cases and 8 years as Assistant Director at the Ministry of Justice managing state litigation. His deep legal background forms the foundation of the firm’s strong reputation and professional standards.

Mr.Waleed Hassan Al-Shamy
With over 35 years of legal experience in both Egypt and Qatar, Mr. Waleed Hassan Al-Shamy is a respected figure in banking, commercial, civil, and maritime law. Throughout his career, he has worked with prominent law firms, governmental bodies, and holding companies offering legal counsel to major financial institutions, managing complex legal disputes, and serving as a certified arbitrator with the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration. Mr. Al-Shamy is known for his legal accuracy and practical vision, providing clients with reliable and strategic legal guidance.
